Background

Emilly K. Mafigiri is a Project Management/Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist with over 15 years of work experience in designing project M&E Systems. She holds a Master’s of Science in Public Health from the Virtual University of Uganda and has good understanding of the application of public health research interventions. She has obtained various trainings in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning and has a proven track record of successfully analysing project performance and conducting high quality assessments and multipronged program evaluations for local and international donor-funded projects.

She has experience working with International Organizations such as USAID, African Development Bank (AfDB), Management Systems International (MSI), The Mitchell Group Inc. (TMG), International Business Technical Consultants Inc. (IBTCI), World Education Inc., Dexis Consulting Group; QED Group LLC and Management Sciences for Health (MSH). She has worked throughout West Africa (Benin, Cote d’Ivoire); East Africa (Uganda, Kenya, and Somalia) and the Middle East in Yemen. She is a founder member of the Uganda Evaluation Association.
